Who Is Shon?

Shon finds strength in flaws, wisdom from heartache. A “triple threat” soulful singer/songwriter, the Bronx, New York native triumphs from the roller coaster turbulence as a stronger and god fearing talent that singles herself out to be that voice who pushes beyond her limits and exceeding all expectations not only as as a singer/songwriter but a distinctive woman. Even through a couple of major record label let downs and blurred opportunities, Shon takes it as growth rehabilitation and retains her soulful radiance and grit.

 

Shon has transmitted through her voice and pen in collaborations with some of the industry’s recognized Grammy Award-Winning producers, Grammy Nominated producers and a host of major recording artist such as; Sidney "Omen" Brown, Self Service, Aaron “Freedom” Lyles, Kwame', Poppa Mobb of Mobb Deep, Rob Epitome, Wes Hogges, Paul Antoine, Writers Ink, Zelma Davis, Kat Deluna, Joanne Borgella, SWV...just to name a few. It's a been journey from the beginning that continues with no ending, a creative and diverse song writer of all genres and background vocalist, Shon is currently penning on various projects.
